Join me as I interview James Butler, a member of the Gator Tribe, which is a money lending community created by the founder of Subto, Pace Morby.  The Gator Tribe was created out of necessity in Subto, in order to give regular every day people an opportunity to be lenders for creative finance deals, and to also be a resourse for Subto members to fund their real estate investment deals.  James is a money lender for Real Estate & Business Investors, in and out of Subto.  Hear how the Gator Tribe lends money on Real Estate deals and what he's looking for in his business, BUT the best story of all, ... is how we met & it's also a testiment of how we roll in the Subto Community and the typical character of people the Community attracts.  🤩✌🏽🏘️🎙️💵
